1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services provided by Zonje ("we," "our," or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Service Description
Zonje provides technology solutions including but not limited to:
- AssureNet broadband internet services
- Driver Behavior Analytics platform
- Ledgerlogic ERP system
3. Service Activation Charges
For suspended service reactivation, a charge of S$150 shall apply. This fee covers the administrative and technical costs associated with reactivating your service.
4. Service Trial and Termination
In the event that our service is not satisfactory, you must terminate the service within 7 days to stop being charged. After this period, normal billing terms will apply.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due according to the agreed-upon schedule. Late payments may result in service suspension or termination. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
6. Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or other factors beyond our control.
7. Limitation of Liability
Despite any other provisions in these terms, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for services of that month for the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Zonje and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
